🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions with a focus on Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Guide software architecture, design, and code reviews while ensuring best practices.

  • Develop Salesforce solutions with version-controlled source code in Git, avoiding reliance on Salesforce Flows whenever possible.

  • Work with SFDX, multi-sandbox development, and package-based delivery models.

  • Ensure CI/CD and automated testing (unit, integration, system) are implemented across Salesforce development.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and operations teams.

  • Operate with a DevOps mindset, integrating observability, monitoring, and logging into all deliverables.

  • Mentor and support other engineers, helping shape the team’s technical direction.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM development.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, APIs, and 3rd party integrations.

  • Strong experience with SFDX, org-based and package-based development, and multi-sandbox deployments.

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.

  • Ability to work with large-scale data in Salesforce CRM, ensuring performance and scalability.

  • Strong knowledge of automated testing in Salesforce (unit, integration, system).

  • Experience in guiding teams in architecture, design, and quality assurance.

  • Strong collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).

  • Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, and Digital Engagement.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and Salesforce AI integrations.

  • Previous experience in startups or regulated industries.
