What this job involves:

As a Space Data Engagement Analyst at JLL, you'll be the critical bridge between complex data and strategic real estate decisions for our prestigious clients. You'll transform raw space and occupancy information into meaningful insights that drive business value. This role combines technical database expertise with relationship management skills as you collaborate across teams to ensure accurate data governance, reporting, and analysis. Your work will directly impact how global organizations optimize their real estate portfolios and make informed occupancy decisions.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as primary liaison between Occupancy Planners, Real Estate & Facilities, and Design & Construction teams to collect and process critical space data
  • Maintain accurate data in CAFM/IWMS database applications, conducting regular validation and quality assurance cycles
  • Create and deliver insightful reports on key metrics like vacancy, density, utilization, and cost at building, regional, and global levels
  • Build trusted relationships across teams to enhance data accuracy and ensure compliance with governance programs
  • Coordinate with Global CAD teams to address drawing integrity issues and implement portfolio changes
  • Perform scheduled data and drawing audits, managing timelines and tracking results per client service level agreements
  • Train and support client end users on CAFM/IWMS systems for move requests and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Space Planning, Data Management, Data Analytics or related field
  • 5+ years' experience managing data, preferably in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating reports that support data-driven business decisions
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working across diverse teams
  • Self-motivated professional comfortable with frequent change and shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CAFM/IWMS database applications (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview)
  • Knowledge of office space categorization principles (BOMA, OSCRE)
  • Experience managing international portfolios across multiple cultures and languages
  • Background in data visualization and dashboard creation
  • AutoCAD knowledge or architectural drawing experience
  • Problem-solving mindset that simplifies complex challenges
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence through expertise
