Student Internship - Graphic Design - 3 months

Your Role 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team for a 3-month, full-time internship. This role will provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting both internal and external communications through thoughtful and visually compelling design. 

What You Will Do  

• Provide graphic support for internal and external presentations. 

• Assist in the design and development of experience portfolios (Qualifications packages). 

• Design and create internal communication pieces. 

• Design and develop content for social media posts. 

• Update and format staff resumes frequently used in client-facing materials. 

• Design case stories that showcase project outcomes and narratives. 

• Take headshots of new hires and ensure proper editing and formatting. 

Your Qualifications 

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Graphic Design or a related field. 

• You have completed your fourth year of a graduate program.  

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (IND). 

• Strong command of PowerPoint (PPT) is highly preferred. 

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop for photo editing is desirable. 

• Basic understanding of photography, including framing and lighting. 

• A strong eye for detail, layout, and visual consistency. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
