RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and maintains processes for systematic supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Creates and executes supplier enablement strategies that empower suppliers, improve service levels, and optimize the supply chain.
• Identifies potential risks in supplier operations and elevate issues to the appropriate management channels for resolution Evaluates and enhances onboarding and enablement processes through feedback from stakeholders and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier integration aligns with business objectives and operational needs Regularly communicates with suppliers to ensure their understanding of and compliance with onboarding requirements and ongoing performance expectations.
• Facilitates training and development opportunities for suppliers to meet and exceed performance standards Monitor supplier performance against onboarding and enablement metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a procurement team. Must read, write, and speak English fluently. 

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools and other software as required
• Strong skills using MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Experience working in common procurement systems like Ariba or Coupa
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced English is required
• Strong organizational skills Attention to detail
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and manage multiple projects with ease
