Job Description
Position: Talent Recruiter Specialist
Location: Costa Rica (Remote)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$22 (to be confirmed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Recruiter Specialist with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on technical and engineering profiles. This role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to work independently, and the capability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation
Partner closely with hiring managers to assess needs, define candidate profiles, and design effective hiring strategies
Utilize diverse recruiting tools and methods, such as job boards (general and niche), proactive sourcing, networking, and more
Conduct regular assessments of recruiting activities to realign strategies with business needs and adjust candidate requirements as necessary
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience

  • Masters degree or PhD with relevant experience

  • Equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
Strong understanding of local labor market trends across various industries and roles, including knowledge of key competitors
Experience recruiting technical and sales professionals preferred
Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for sourcing candidates
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills across all levels of the recruitment process
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and diplomacy

Language Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish
Portuguese is a plus
