Are you passionate about aligning teams and driving release plans that deliver meaningful outcomes for Xbox players? Do you thrive on evaluating solutions, building consensus, and obsessing over the details? Do you have a strong program management background focused on release execution?
If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join Team Xbox! We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who’s excited to support product planning and release management in the gaming space.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define priorities, build integrated schedules, and deliver high-impact gaming services and experiences. You’ll work across teams and organizations to translate strategy into actionable release plans, monitor data to inform decisions, and resolve blockers quickly. You’ll communicate progress and risks to engineers, partners, and executives—gaining broad visibility while working with an exceptional team committed to delivering innovative solutions for our players.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your cross-functional collaboration and project management skills while driving large-scale Xbox releases. You’ll manage and prioritize work across multiple deadlines and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, thrives in ambiguity, and excels in dynamic environments.
