Technical Writer (Migration & Cutover Documentation)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop comprehensive documentation supporting system migration and MES cutover activities. This role may be combined with the MES Cutover Lead position if a suitable candidate is identified.

The focus is on producing clear, structured, and actionable documentation for both technical and operational audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain migration runbooks, cutover plans, and SOPs
• Document system architectures, workflows, and procedures
• Translate technical inputs into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Support knowledge transfer and training materials development
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project timelines
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and project teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing within IT, OT, or engineering environments
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear documentation
• Experience with migration, implementation, or operational documentation
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Language Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, MES, or system migration projects
• Familiarity with documentation tools and standards (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, SOP frameworks)
