The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Treatment Design QA Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by 

• Overseeing CSS Quality Assurance operations to ensure Treatment Designs consistently meet clinical, technical, and regulatory quality standards.

• Managing the QA Inspection Queue by prioritizing workflows to achieve cycle‑time targets and maintain high operational efficiency.

• Assigning, balancing, and monitoring QA workloads while providing coverage, escalation support, and expert guidance on complex clinical or quality issues.

• Ensuring consistent adherence to QMS requirements, supporting audits, driving root‑cause analyses, contributing to CAPA activities, and maintaining documentation compliance.

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives by partnering cross‑functionally to strengthen procedures, enhance quality protocols, and serving as the primary QA authority for disputes and stakeholder escalations.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of supervisory experience in dental and orthodontic industries.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• English Level: Intermediate or above (>B1)
• Skilled in analyzing dashboards and metrics, with experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps).
• Ability to adjust shift for occasional quarterly operational events (no more than once per quarter).
• Proficient in interpreting orthodontic records, prescriptions, and tooth‑movement principles to support technical dispute and escalation resolution.
• (Internal Applicants Only: 2 years of supervisory experience AND 2 years in within the Treatment Design or QA department.)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong comprehension of Work Instructions and QMS documentation.
  Experience working in a regulated QMS environment with strict compliance to standards.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation accuracy.
  Strong problem‑solving skills, including root‑cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Familiarity with audits, CAPA processes, and quality risk management.
• Ability to provide clear, concise direction and constructive feedback.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on high‑quality service.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong teamwork orientation

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Asunción Site at least 1 or 2 days per week)
• Must have availability to work on-site all week if required.

Travel: May include up to 5% for international flights.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
