As a Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in keeping the global, online community safe. You will be on-site working at a computer each day reviewing content, including images, text, videos, and audio. The content may occasionally be sensitive, graphic, violent, or sexual could be reviewed. You will be trained on how to enforce the client's policies, and then use these policies to uphold the established community guidelines.
1. Review, classify and/or eliminate content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client.
2. Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific operation.
3. Make timely escalations that require special attention from your line manager in accordance with established procedures.
4. Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of customer information to guarantee the security of the information.
5. Participate in continuous training programs established by the company for optimal development in the role.
6. Comply with all instructions and procedures related and complementary to the role
7. Be attentive to the communications that arrive through the different communication channels of the company
Requirements
• Intermediate English Level (B2) or above
• Highschool Diploma
• Content Moderation experience is preferred, but not essential
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word & Excel preferred.
• Ability to type 25+ WPM with a high rate of accuracy.
• Candidate should have some experience of working in a high transactional role in a KPI driven environment.
• Ideally have a background in either content moderation, customer service or any other role that involves working with daily targets.
• Recent graduates with limited experience, but a willingness to learn and capability to adapt are welcome to apply.
