We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor II to join our team in Costa Rica. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and making an impact on our life-saving work, this may be a good fit for you!  As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:

SUMMARY: Manage all warehouses in the site including spare parts.  Leading the Material Handlers Team, directly supervising their activities and supporting them in the performance of their duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Define and execute the best practices at the warehouses.
  • Responsible for the supervisor of the Material handlers.
  • Responsible for establishment and management a daily task program for Material Handlers.
  • Responsible for supporting the different production lines with the material distribution.
  • Maintains accurate inventory in the warehouse and is responsible for cleanliness for those areas.
  • Responsible for Epicor transactions between warehouses and the production floor and revise documentation regarding material receipts and the corresponding Epicor transactions.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
  • Responsible for spare part warehouse management with the Buyer and Inventory Control.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree in industrial engineering.
  • With 3-4 years of experience related in medical industry.
  • Advanced English level, minimum C1.
  • Proficient management of Excel.
  • Knowledge of the system 5S.
  • Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment.
  • Ability to work differing work schedules.
