¿Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades de este rol?

• Support the WoW Lead in maturing and improving WoW by leading change and problem solving activities across functions and stakeholders.
• Accountable for developing and delivering the LEAN culture within the terminal.
• Responsible for developing, deploying and supporting all the WOW initiatives and Programs to drive the developed process standardization strategy across functions as well as the terminals through building their competencies.
• Play a support role in the Standarization Program within the terminal.
• Work in conjunction with the TWI enabler, raising the bar of standarization in the Terminal, creating, delivering training and Work Instructions.
• Support the WoW Lead in maturing and improving WoW by leading change and problem solving activities across functions and stakeholders.
• Understand, practice and commit to driving a Kaizen culture and mindset to foster a continuous improvement environment within the company.
• Performe Gembas Walks in order to identify waste in different processes to deploy Kaizen, Poka Yoke.
• Deploy  prioritised cross functional problem solving/Kaizen activities.
• Conduct Way of Working Program training sessions in terminals and provide ongoing coaching to participants.
• Develop and Execute the Lean Training Academy Strategy.
• Responsible  of delivering the LEAN Academy Trainings to all the stakeholders of the companie.
• Responsible for the deploy, follow up and the implementation of L4 witin the terminal.
• Become a coach for the WoW Department stakeholders.
• Maintain the Performance indicators (local and regional ) updates and create the reports due on time.
• Develop and responsible for the Kaizen Plan construction and follow up.
• Should ensure business impacts and results are delivered through our current and future WoW scope.
• Be a role model for Way of Working within the terminal.
• Responsible for the connection of  performance indicators and roles, ensuring proper change management through the accomplished of the Local and Global scorecards KPI.
• Analyse reporting and dashboarding to deploy kaizens to support PD and DM KPI. Use these insights to identify and replicate process best practices.
• Responsible for the further development and implementation of the the ISO certifications or similar standards toward other certifying authorities.
• Ensure that the necessary processes for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained, in accordance with the results of audits carried out and the analysis of process data.

• Strong Stakeholder management skills .
• Ability to translate business goals to required key business process as well as a setup of business process management strategy.
• Ability to guide and facilitate groups of Trainings, Kaizen Events, Process Roadmaps from a performance and organizational design perspective
• Great collaborator with ability to get things done in a matrix organization.
• Solid experience with lean tools and fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong conceptual abilities – able to translate complex issues into ideas and actions.
• Ability to guide and facilitate process roadmaps from a performance and organizational design perspective.
• It’s a plus the ability to analize big data to breakdown problem opportunities.
