We're seeking an Executive Assistant to join our partner's team in San Jose, Costa Rica. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support multiple VP-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have anticipating executive needs and delivering seamless support.
This is a contract position with possible permanent placement.
This is a Hybrid Role with 2-3 days a week in the office in the American Free Zone in Heredia.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate events, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks for multiple executives.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting (Concur experience preferred).
Serve as a key point of contact—managing communications, connecting dots across teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Juggle multiple priorities with ease, shifting gears as needed in response to evolving priorities and fast-paced demands.
Drive schedules and agendas while understanding broader business context and goals.
Support high-priority projects across teams and leadership levels, ensuring follow-through and completion.
Take initiative on special assignments and demonstrate a desire to grow beyond core responsibilities.
