Your Role
As an Architect at Gensler, you will actively participate in all phases of the design process, from concept design through construction documents and into construction administration. You will collaborate with consultants and internal teams, contributing to innovative, technically sound design solutions that respond to real-world challenges.
This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage complexity, and a team-oriented mindset. You will work closely with architects, designers, and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact architectural projects. Experience in aviation projects is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
Support and lead the development of projects from concept design to construction documentation and construction administration.
Coordinate consultants and internal teams across all phases of the project.
Assist with the design and delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project.
Possess knowledge of architectural design principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.
Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections for construction.
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of technical documents.
Support construction administration efforts, including reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs.
Produce architectural drawings that align with project and code requirements.
Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
Participate in client and stakeholder communications to align design intent and execution.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of project experience in architectural practice.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
Experience managing construction documentation and construction administration processes.
100% bilingual English/Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong experience in construction documentation and/or design detail development.
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction systems.
Proficiency in REVIT, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
Additional software skills in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Certified are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence.
Demonstrated fiscal accountability on diverse project types.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to maintain and build client relationships.
Experience in aviation projects is highly desirable.
