We are currently seeking a Data Analyst focused on reporting, analysis and project work. You will be teaming with other data analysts in supporting GRE, focused on the measurement strategy (tracking and reporting on significant metrics), insightful analysis (providing actionable insights that drive our business decisions) and project work (enhancing the way measurement and reporting teams support the GRE business).
Responsibilities
Collect requirements to understand what business problems we are trying to address, including key questions to be answered by the reporting tool and how the tool will support the business process.
Clean, transform, and prepare sales performance data for analysis through SQL.
Perform administrative data management - track competition of learning items, organize survey responses.
Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards in Tableau/Google Sheets(MS Excel)/Workday Reporting
Develop expertise in resolving dashboard and/or data issues.
Dive into datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Leverage AI tools for accelerated working / problem-solving / improved efficiency
Thoroughly QA new and modified dashboards for accuracy and functionality.
About You
3+ years of work experience in business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
3+ years validation building visualizations using Tableau, Sigma or Power BI.
3+ years proven ability with SQL and data preparation.
Be able to work as part of the GRE team, teaming up or taking your initiative to achieve outcomes
Experience in statistical languages such as R or Python for sophisticated data analysis would be an asset.
Experience in analytics engineering with a Data Build Tool and Snowflake would be a plus.
Proficiency in Google Forms, SmartSheet, and Salesforce reporting
Be a process-orientated, detailed, critical thinking teammate who is outcome focused.
