About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support process optimization, performance tracking, and operational execution across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, define KPIs, and enable data-driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Track KPIs and develop performance dashboards
  • Support strategic projects and operational initiatives
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to support leadership decisions
  • Coordinate process documentation and reporting
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Strategy, or Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
  • English: Advanced

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Structured thinker with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
