The Communications & Training Specialist supports Finance initiatives by designing executive-ready communication materials, training assets, and knowledge enablement resources. This role ensures complex Finance and system changes are translated into structured, digestible materials and may deliver training sessions as required.
Mandatory: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Full alignment with US-based Finance teams
Ability to collaborate across distributed and nearshore teams
Hybrid model: 4 days per week onsite
Design high-quality PowerPoint decks, executive presentations, job aids, and process documentation
Develop and manage SharePoint knowledge and training repositories
Translate complex Finance, reporting, or system updates into structured communication materials
Build training curricula and user adoption resources
Deliver and lead virtual training sessions when needed
Maintain documentation standards and version control
5–7 years of experience in communications, instructional design, learning & development, or transformation support
Experience supporting Finance, ERP, reporting, or automation initiatives
Strong presentation design and structured writing capabilities
Comfortable facilitating training sessions and stakeholder workshops
PowerPoint (advanced), SharePoint, Confluence, Articulate, Camtasia, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Excel, Teams
