A Copy & Content Design Analyst plays a great role in crafting compelling and impactful communication materials that resonate with our diverse clientele and audiences. This person must be able to execute advanced copywriting that effectively communicates our brand's message, taking advantage of the media used. Furthermore, a Copy & Content Design Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, providing seamless content integration for internal teams and initiatives, Accenture studios and departments and businesses across various channels and platforms.
For this position, it is crucial that the person can adapt their writing style to several formats and proofread texts, scripts and any other material. It is also key to this role to have a deep understanding of the English and Spanish languages to translate, transcribe and adapt texts as required properly.

Key Responsibilities:
The Copy & Content Designer should have a general understanding of the ways copy helps clients achieve their objectives, and the ability to generate relevant copy for every brief.
Their content should attract, inform and engage target audiences while delivering the intended business message.
Working alongside designers and program managers, the copywriter must be a team player.
The Copy & Content Designer will generate and edit various communication materials, such as websites, social media, instructions, business writing, etc.
This professional will be responsible for presenting to internal teams before moving on to present to clients.
The person in this role must keep track of specific requirements and due dates with moderate supervision.
The writer should be acquainted with the structure and areas of specialization of the Copy & Content Design capability to ensure a more personalized career growth path.
As a CL11 Copy & Content Designer, this person must have a basic knowledge of working on integrating generative AI tools for content ideation through writing prompts, ensuring a blend of human creativity and AI efficiency to enhance the creative process.
This person must have a moderate understanding of the ethical considerations and compliance when using generative AI to keep the originality and appropriateness of content generated.

General Experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical accounts
Bachelor’s Degree or greater or equivalent experience
University or Technical Degree in communications, advertising, or related fields
Fluently speak English and Spanish to work with international teams from LATAM, North America and others
Demonstrate knowledge of various copywriting formats and tones
Skills
Moderate knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry
Beginner Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance
Advanced in Ethical Considerations for Life Sciences
Moderate knowledge of Health Services Marketing
Pluses
English or TOEFL certification
Experience with GenAI tools such as Writer and Copilot
Experience using Figma for proofreading and copy editing and working collaboratively with designers
Experience with Project Management Platforms such as Workfront and Jira
