We are seeking a talented, motivated, and eager FP&A Analyst to join our team

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements, budgeting control and forecasting. Their key function will be to provide accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Maintaining monthly Actual vs. Budget analysis reports.
  • Providing actionable insights, providing management with decision making tools for existing and new activities.
  • Preparing and analyzing forecasts, on a monthly basis, to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast trends and evaluate financial performance.
  • Reviewing and analyzing P&L statements and financial KPIs
  • Identify and analyze significant variances in financial results and propose corrective actions.
  • Implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare payroll analysis reports and insights for attrition rate, payroll cost by project, by role and others.
  • Developing and managing the annual budget involves working with various departments to gather input, build financial models, and create a comprehensive budget.
  • Monitor actual results against budget and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances, and providing insights to management.

Other Duties

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications.

-Proven Financial Analyst experience for at least 3+ years in global companies.

- Strong understating of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in MS Office spreadsheets and BI Tools.

- Knowledge about FP&A dedicated software as insights, Oracle PBCS, ect is a Plus.

- Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks Online (QBO), is essential.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economic.

- At least CEFR B2+ on English.
