What makes this role exciting
As an Integration Project Manager at CloudPay, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end integration of payroll for customers. You will lead a cross-functional team of Interface Specialists and Testers, working closely with the Global Project Manager and customers stakeholders. You will ensure the seamless delivery of payroll integrations, manage customer expectations, and drive continuous improvements to the integration processes. This position requires a strong technical background, project management experience, and the ability to handle complex integrations in a multinational environment.
Main responsibilities
Integration Management: Lead the global integration of payroll solutions, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline and to the required quality standards
Project Reporting & Communication: Produce regular project status reports, track KPIs and conduct customer conference calls to ensure smooth and timely delivery of integration milestones
Customer Relationship Management: Support and optimize customer relationships during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders (partners)
Monthly Reporting: Report on integration-related activities to Implementation Leads and ensure project visibility through the implementation dashboard
Experience needed for this role
Project Management Experience: Experience in managing complex projects in multinational or global environments, with an emphasis on integration
Technical Background: Previous experience in IT/technology roles, with a strong understanding of application and data integration (both inbound and outbound)
HR Systems Expertise: Experience with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, UKG) and payroll-related integrations
Payroll & HR Integration Experience: Relevant experience implementing or managing payroll/HR projects and HR integrations. Experience in multinational payroll setups is a plus
Project Management Certifications: A certification in project management (e.g., Prince2, PMP) is a plus
Customer-Facing Experience: Proven ability to work directly with customers to manage expectations and ensure the successful delivery of projects
Team Leadership: Experience working in teams, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, able to troubleshoot complex integration challenges and propose solutions effectively
Prioritization & Goal Setting: Ability to manage multiple priorities, set clear goals, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Technical Focus: A solid technical understanding of system integration, APIs, and data flows related to payroll systems and payment solutions
