About the Opportunity

SweetRush is seeking a high-caliber Leadership & Soft Skills Facilitator to orchestrate professional development for clients in the area of Enterprise, Learning, and HR Shared Services teams. You will bridge the gap between high-level consulting theory and operational execution, ensuring our client's global, high-energy workforce stays at the top of their game.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate leadership and soft skills programs tailored to a consulting audience across Enterprise Services, Learning Shared Services, and HR Shared Services teams. Deliver workshops, cohort-based learning experiences, and one-on-one coaching sessions built around four core topic areas:

  • Client-Centric Communication — helping participants sharpen how they listen, respond, and present to internal and external clients with clarity and impact
  • Relationship Building — equipping teams with the tools to develop trust, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and foster collaboration across functions and geographies
  • Problem Solving and Ownership — developing a mindset of accountability and structured thinking, empowering participants to take initiative and drive solutions
  • Continuous Improvement — instilling habits of reflection, feedback integration, and iterative growth at both the individual and team level

Adapt facilitation style in real time to meet the energy and expectations of a performance-oriented, intellectually curious audience. Use data and feedback metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and iterate accordingly.

Required Skills

  • Strong familiarity with the management consulting environment, with direct experience working at or extensively with a Big 5 consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, or Accenture)
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in facilitation, learning & development, coaching, or a closely related field, with a demonstrated track record of delivering programs to professional audiences
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a global, highly metrics-driven organization, with an understanding of how performance expectations, utilization targets, and client pressures shape participants' day-to-day reality
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to command a room, hold the attention of skeptical high-achievers, and make soft skills content feel immediately practical and relevant
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read group dynamics and pivot facilitation style accordingly
  • Demonstrated experience engaging a younger, high-energy, performance-oriented audience
  • Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual programs across multiple time zones in a global organization
  • Comfortable working in a bilingual professional environment; strong English proficiency required given the global nature of the role

Bonus Skills

  • Academic or professional background in psychology, organizational behavior, adult learning, or a related discipline
  • Coaching certification from a recognized body such as ICF or equivalent
  • Familiarity with learning technology platforms and data dashboards used to track learner engagement and program outcomes
  • Experience engaging local teams and navigating the Costa Rican professional landscape

Facilitation Details: There will be 15 sessions of 2-hours each, onsite in Heredia.

This opportunity starts in March and runs through the end of the year.
