Job Title: Leasing Manager 

Location: NCR, Calabarzon

Work Arrangement: Fully On-site | Day Shift

Overview: The Leasing Manager is responsible for leading all leasing operations within the mall, crafting strategies to meet occupancy goals, and overseeing tenant mix and lease agreements in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all mall leasing operations and workflows.
• Design and execute leasing plans aimed at maximizing occupancy rates and rental revenue.
• Evaluate tenant performance to continuously improve the mall's overall tenant composition.
• Negotiate and finalize lease contracts and renewals in line with company guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to strengthen tenant relationships and elevate the overall mall experience.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships while ensuring satisfaction within regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, or retail property management.
• Based in NCR, Calabarzon or open to relocation.
• Strong expertise in leasing and commercial transactions, including tenant sourcing, acquisition, and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effective tenant mix strategies.
• Skilled in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and staying current with industry trends.
• Sound financial acumen, encompassing rental forecasting, revenue planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
