Live the Dash Travel is seeking a Travel Experience Specialist (Luxury & Leisure) to support clients in planning and managing exceptional travel experiences. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality service, personalized client support, and seamless coordination before, during, and after each trip.
You will work closely with clients to ensure every detail is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence—while working remotely from home.
Provide responsive, professional client support via phone, email, and online messaging
Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations, itinerary updates, and special accommodations
Communicate important travel details, documentation requirements, and agency policies
Monitor bookings for accuracy and follow up to confirm client satisfaction
Resolve client questions or concerns with care and a solutions-focused approach
Maintain organized client records and update internal systems as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience; travel, hospitality, or related experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using digital tools, booking platforms, and communication software
