We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing Management and Customer Experience in creating and executing the marketing plan.
Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, tracking, and ROI reporting.
Serve as the escalation point for marketing-related queries.
Contribute strategic ideas and suggest service improvements.
Stay updated on new marketing techniques, channels, and sports news.
Conduct research on market trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
Work with the Retention Department on tasks related to gamification, on-site content, customer segmentation, and more.
Collaborate with the Manager to develop, optimize, and manage campaigns from concept to post-mortem.
Successfully manage strategies and tasks related to gamification, on site content, retention conversion, customer segmentation, churn prevention, retention rate, etc.
Coordinate with the design team on banners, pop-ups, and landing pages for campaigns.
Oversee website banners and messaging to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Submit weekly reports on successes, challenges, and contributions.
Monitor industry competitors and their marketing strategies.
