What you’ll do
1. Workspace & Facility Management
• Ensure all infrastructure, equipment, and assets are properly maintained through daily
HK coordination, training, quality checks, SOPs, Maintenance and checklists.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment by adhering to safety
protocols and downtime procedures.
• Oversee provisions and upkeep of amenities such as tea/coffee services, power
backup, IT support, and inventory management including stocking and restocking.
• Supervise allsupport teams including housekeeping operations (using checklists),
security and valet services.
2. Cross-Departmental Support
• Coordination with Sales Team to conduct workspace tours and client visits.
• Complete lead documentation and form entries on Zoho CRM.
• Coordination with the Accounts Team for invoice preparation.
• Coordination with IT team for maintenance and outages.
• Supply chain and vendor relationship/contract management.
3. Operational Cost Management & Client Billing
• Control all operating expenses (OpEx) and budgeting.
• Manage operational expenses efficiently through cost-optimization strategies (without
impacting customer experience).
• Identify, evaluate and onboard cost-effective vendors.
• Prepare and maintain monthly operational and cost analysis reports.
• Timely invoice generation and payment collection from clients.
4. Member Experience & Satisfaction
• Ensure seamless onboarding of clients by following the onboarding checklist and
processes.
• Collect, document, and track client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute client engagement activities and community events.
• Implement community and hospitality initiatives within approved budgets.
• Maintain complaint and issue-resolution logs for timely escalation and closure.
5. Revenue Optimization & Data Management
• Daily occupancy tracking and space inventory management.
• Optimize additional revenue streams and value-added services (F&B etc.).
• Ensure high client retention and renewal rates while maintaining churn within
acceptable levels
• Maintain accurate and confidential client data records via zoho.
