Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist (LATAM � Remote)
We are looking for people with proven experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable to help us train AI systems. This role is freelance, part-time (4�6 hours per day), and requires strong expertise in Zoho CRM and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities
Support AI training by applying your real-world expertise in payroll and accounts payable tasks.
Review and simulate weekly payroll processing across multiple companies using QuickBooks and Paychex Oasis.
Demonstrate best practices for entering and tracking expense reimbursements, job costing, and union remittances.
Show accurate workflows for accounts payable: vendor bill entry, PO matching in Zoho CRM, reconciliations, and credit card payments.
Provide insight into sales tax return preparation and monthly compliance activities.
Must-Have Experience
3+ years hands-on experience in payroll and accounts payable.
Mandatory: Proficiency in Zoho CRM and QuickBooks.
Familiarity with Paychex Oasis (or similar payroll platforms).
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work during US Eastern Time hours.
Nice to Have
Experience in working with US companies
Experience with union payroll and multi-entity environments.
Engagement
4�6 hours per day (part-time freelance).
Remote, based in Latin America.
