Description

Work as a Product Designer for a leading multinational company in the healthcare sector. This role will play a key part in shaping the design and delivery of user-centric, efficient, and scalable services on the ServiceNow platform. The position will work closely with stakeholders across IT and our business to analyze current service experiences, define requirements, and design streamlined service solutions.

• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end services within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectations.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, process owners, and stakeholders to translate service requirements into practical and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct user research, workshops, and service assessments to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, wireframes, and other design artifacts to communicate service experiences.
• Ensure consistency and usability across ServiceNow services by adhering to design best practices and governance standards.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of service designs and conduct testing to validate functionality.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring service performance and gathering user feedback.
• Advocate for a user-centric design approach across IT service management initiatives.
• Use the ServiceNow Demand process and Jira to manage/track work. 



Requirements
  • • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • • 5 years of experience in service or product design, user experience (UX), or a similar role, preferably within the ITSM or ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • in lieu of degree, additional 3 years experience for a total of 8 years required
  • • Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • • Proficiency in service or product design tools and techniques (e.g., journey mapping, prototyping, user research).
  • • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • • Basic understanding of JIRA.
