Project Manager- What You’ll Do:
- Directly interface with new clients across multiple countries in order to create project plans and prioritize tasks across various departments and skill sets around client software implementation project goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to create project cases and tasks and ensure the right members of the team are assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Oversee multiple concurrent software implementation projects from inception through completion while ensuring all projects remain within the agreed-upon timeline and scope.
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant project stakeholders including setup and support personnel, learning and development, and client success teammates.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and innovation meetings and communications with the project team.
The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in a client-facing project management, implementation, or consulting role requiring high accountability and strong business judgment.
- Progressive experience in a client-facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility and sound business judgment where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction and developing a strong relationship is successfully demonstrated.
- Experienced in using various technology platforms and applications used for documentation including Salesforce, Google suite, project management platforms, and other related systems.
- Degree, certificate, or prior experience in management, project management, agile/scrum, computer science, or another relevant field is highly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with new clients, establish expectations, and participate in regular client check-ins.
- C1 – C2 English level according to the CEFR or equivalent.
