Job summary:
Responsible for supporting the project team in the development and maintenance of the overall integrated project schedule, as well as monitoring and evaluating project progress.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, review, and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope and execution plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and maintain the Integrated Project Schedule, serving as the single source of truth for schedule data.
- Perform schedule integration and logic reviews across all workstreams to ensure a fully aligned and realistic project baseline.

Participate in weekly coordination meetings and provide regular schedule updates and reports, including:
- Progress and activity completion status
- Critical and near-critical path analysis
- Look-ahead schedules
- Contractor performance and productivity assessments
- Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies to optimize schedule performance.
- Support scenario analysis and mitigation planning in response to potential or actual schedule delays.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely schedule information to project leadership and the broader project team.
- Ensure key tools and processes are in place to track project deliverables. Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders including status reports defining project risks and possible solutions. Ensure proper change control processes are in place and efficient.
Experience & Education:

B.S. in Business, Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from an accredited institution or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Primavera / Monte Carlo analysis preferred.
- Knowledge in schedule development methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering / construction / projects controls execution.

Minimum 7 years of related experience.

Experience in the construction environment, Medical Device industry knowledge preffered.
