We are looking for a Remote Travel Experience Representative to assist travelers before, during, and after their trips. This role focuses on providing helpful support, coordinating travel details, and ensuring clients have a smooth and positive travel experience.
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide assistance and travel guidance
Review itineraries, confirm travel arrangements, and assist with updates or general requests
Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures
Follow up with travelers before departure to confirm details and answer questions
Address client concerns professionally and escalate more complex matters when needed
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems
