In one sentence

Plan and project-manage multiple projects within the Service Assurance Delivery. Ensure delivery to quality, cost, and deliverable targets. Build, manage and motivate cross-functional project teams.

What will your job look like?

  • Manage full life cycle of project and accounts as the main POC to customers and in house stakeholders – from conceptual to post sale delivery (design; implementation & development; training; validations and acceptance) + an escalation points for support (post-delivery) and taking the rail, as support crash plans manager.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with business goals and service assurance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and risk management plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in data integration, analysis, and reporting to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Contract obligation management and meeting or exceeding the customer expectations.
  • Ownership of the revenue recognition, meeting quality; schedule and budget.
  • Identify and engage all key contributors, business, and technical resources. Ensure that contributors are motivated to complete assigned tasks, within the parameters of the project plan.
  • Support Pre-sales efforts and RFP responses with costs, technical solutions, and high-level architectures.
  • Identifying Up-sale opportunities and supporting the business owner. 

All you need is...

Essential skills: 
Proven experience of at least 5 years, on the following:
•    Delivering professional services and software delivery for highly customized projects.
•    Expertise in managing full project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery and post-implementation support.
•    Strong understanding of contract management, technical scope management, and revenue recognition.
•    Proven experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
•   Ability to define solution implementation strategies.
•    Strong customer-facing experience, including workshops, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are an asset.

Soft Skills:
•    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Business-oriented with a strategic mindset.
•    Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Advantages skills: 
•    Telecom/OSS domain expertise, including Fault Management, Performance Management, and network monitoring tools (e.g., Netcool, InfoVista, Spectrum).
•    Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
•    Experience in working with telecom data, such as CDRs, network KPIs, and service assurance metrics.
•    Knowledge of Big Data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
•    Technical experience in ETL, data engineering, and data quality management.
•    Understanding of network data protocols (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow, Diameter).
•    Pre-sales and RFP response experience, including cost analysis and technical solution design.
•    Experience working with international teams.

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
