On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Content Designer. The Social Media Content Designer will be responsible for developing social media content, focusing on visual design and content engagement. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of social media platform nuances, and the ability to produce high-quality, impactful content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. The designer will work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Design
- Design and produce engaging visual content for social media (graphics, images, short-form videos, animations).
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Adapt designs and formats for platform-specific requirements (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and platform limitations.
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars to ensure timely publication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
- Use insights and data to refine future content and improve overall performance.
- Research competitor activity and industry best practices to inform strategy and stay
competitive.
- Trend Research & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, design software, and platform updates.
- Proactively recommend creative improvements to enhance social media presence and audience engagement.
- Ad Hoc Support
- Assist in occasional event or campaign-related design needs outside regular posting schedules.
- Support other departments with design requests aligned with ongoing initiatives.
- Participate in marketing meetings or brainstorming sessions as needed.
- Handle urgent content revisions or requests from leadership or clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work for various social media platforms.
- Expert proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- In-depth understanding of social media platform specifications, including image dimensions, video lengths, and content formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Excellent understanding of content engagement strategies and social media marketing principles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required prior to onboarding.
Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time
Pay: $800 per month + $55 Allowance per month
