DescriptionSupports management and accomplishes department objectives by supervising and developing individual team members in Audit Delivery Department. Organizes and monitors daily work process, quality, and goals to ensure productivity and sustained growth as well as acts as the link between those supervised and upper management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and serves as a primary point of contact for assigned Auditors.
- Optimizes audit schedules to ensure efficient planning of audit trips and effective utilization of time
- Performs post audit management functions to comply with submission of audit reports. Ensure post audit activities (such as expense submission) are completed in a timely manner.
- Conducts follow up with individual auditors on results of witness audits, report submissions and rejections, calibrations, and turnaround time.
- Assists management team in selecting, onboarding, training, developing, motivating, coaching, mentoring, recognizing, and providing career development planning and other opportunities.
- Maintains transparent communication. Appropriately communicates applicable organizational and departmental information in meetings, appropriate email, and regular interpersonal communication.
- Provides value added service by incorporating and continually building upon quality and customer/client service standards.
- Provides feedback to management on daily operational results, logistics and needed resources; completes any necessary related reports and documentation.
- Collects and maintains the auditor GRIP information management to comply with the Resource Integrity requirements. It includes IC contract maintenance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least eight (8) years of experience.
- English spoken and written is necessary.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to lead auditors (FT/Independent contractors) on production;
- Quality and cost containment goals;
- Communication, analysis and problem solving
- Leadership experienced + 5 years
- Demonstrated experience in a matrix organization;
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and their interests;
- Ability to manage ambiguity;
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- English written and spoken fluently.
